Fotografia Open – Human Nature
FO – Fotografia Open is a new itinerant and open-air exhibition format that uses photography as a tool to read and understand reality. Born from an idea of Camilla Invernizzi – ArtsFor, it is a public, urban and temporary art project that changes and moves over time.
The first exhibition is Human Nature, with photographs by Lucas Foglia (New York 1983) set up on the fences of Spark Two building site, in the new business district under construction in Rogoredo, south of Milan.
For Human Nature Nicola Zanardi – Hublab, curated the selection of texts and quotes accompanying the photographs: texts by Antonio Cederna, Francis Bacon, Pope Francis, Michael Pollan and Amitav Gosh offer significant inputs on the broad theme of sustainability. Finally, a dedicated bibliography offers further study.
